• Activision copyrights new URL's - Could mean Future based Call of Duty Games

    Activision is looking into the future, literally. In the past week, Activision has registered many new domain names for sites. These sites include;

    callofdutyfuturewarfare.com, codfuturewarfare.com, futurewarfare2.com, advancedwarfare2.com, secretwarfare2.com, and spacewarfare2.com.

    Note: This is not an official cover.

    From the looks of it Activision definitely has something up their sleeve. So this is a really exciting announcement as the Call of Duty franchise is one of the biggest out there. As for what exactly they are planning, i don't know but E3 is just around the corner, so we shall see if any new news arrives.

    Could this be a hoax to trick gamers, or a legit plan? I guess the waiting begins.

      I was reading about this yesterday afternoon. Some oddball domains - callofdutyfuturewarfare.com, codfuturewarfare.com, futurewarfare2.com, advancedwarfare2.com, secretwarfare2.com, and spacewarfare2.com

      the question I had was , why have them all end in 2?Either way, they need some positive press so this is an attempt at getting that after losing the best thing COD had which was the Infinity Ward group.

      ok, here is my theory and i looked around and others say the same

      they chose to put 2 after them because the original site was taken, so they just slapped a number at the end... its always a possiblity
