I normally I do videos to express my thoughts and stuff but this time I didn't want to go through the trouble. As some of you may know, i'm a pretty big fan of the darkness game, it wasn't perfect,but it was one of the first few comic book games that felt like a comic book, not a movie or anything else. So when I notice that the teaser for the Darkness 2 came out today, I was excited. Finishing the video a few minutes ago, I realized that the actor who originally played Jackie in the first game (Kirk Acevedo0, seem to be replaced by Nolan North in the sequel. I have nothing against Nolan, he is one of the best voice actor in the video game business and deserve all the roles he gets.



But there was a cool intimidating threat to Jackie's voice that made you never want to mess with the guy( he's bin in the mob he's whole life, so it works). Now all I hear is Drake voice coming from that character, it's really bumming me out right now. I know most people are like, " as long Mike Patton is there as the Darkness, its all good", what made the Darkness cool is how both character's plays off each other, there voice's almost felt in harmony together and made a lot of the moments in that game memorable. I guess we will see how it works out, still don't know what to think about it lol.
