Ok, over the last week I was giving thought to stepping down as General of Devils Anarchy. My work schedule has changed and there were several "DRAMA" problems going on in the squad. The problems have been fixed for now. I know there will always be some kind of drama going on, but lets try to keep it legit. Don't blow little problems up into really big headaches for everyone in the squad to deal with. If you have a problem, come to me and talk about it. If you dont feel comfortable talking to me, we have several captains and Clan Supervisors that are there to help. Dont mass message your problem to everyone in your friends list causing even more hardships for everyone else. I have lost several good members in the last week that didnt need to go anywhere. I was willing to do anything that I could possibly do to help resolve the problem. I have also lost a few members because they cant get along with somebody else in the squad. Your not forced to play with anyone that you dont care to play with.............yes I like us all to get along and have fun, but sometimes you just dont click with some people. Maybe I shouldnt be blogging about all of this, but I am trying to make a point.......(not quite sure Im making it though.....but Im trying....lol) I want people in this squad to have fun and enjoy their gaming with one another. We have over 60 members in this squad, Im sure you'll find somebody that you have fun gaming with.
As I stated in the first line, yes I was thinking of stepping down for the good of the squad because I really felt like I wasnt doing the best job at leading our squad. My work shift has changed to night shift 4 nights a week and has cut my gaming time down a little. But after talking to some members of my team and CS Nick......I have to decided to stay in my position. Thanks you all for the conversation that we had last night, its because of that, I decided to stay. We are a strong team, and I didnt make it what it is today...............WE made it as a team. Thanks for all of your help and sticking with me. I appreciate all that everyone does to help out.
