So i just can't sit by anymore, I have been looking for a job since July when my grandmother got better from her broken hip. I had an interview today at 2 pm central with Pizza Hut, but I was back home not even five minutes later. Now I thought Obama said that everyone would be having an easier time finding a job because he was putting money into the economy. If that's the case then why is it people are still being laid off from their jobs and people who want jobs, like me, can't get a job even if we paid the company's we apply to for the job? If anyone has an answer for this please let me know

    Man I dont have an answer but I feel your pain its a bitch having no money I have a lot of shit that I need to staring buying or having but im a broke ass. Good Luck

    Well if u asked obama this first he'd have refer to his teleprompter and it would tell him to say it's all Bush's fault. I am so looking forward to the november elections.

    unfortunately turning around a broken economy take more then a couple of years. Its sad that it has gotten to this point but after 20 years of piss poor money management by not only the government but the citizens themselves. Too many quick fixes and not enough long term solutions will eventually catch up and leave an even larger problem.

    As for what you can do personally...I know its discouraging, but all you can do is keep trying and hope for the best. I know that isn't the best answer, but with the way things are...its hard out there.

    I would suggest looking at any place that hires seasonal help. Most retailers will bring on a few extra people for the holidays as will UPS and other places that specialize in shipping.
