have them email support and include the full details they are having. I got one message and I will be reviewing that info. I need to know if they are not getting the email and what email account they used as well as the username for their account. Most of the time it is a typo in the email account which makes them not get the email or the email isn't sent out right away. Sometimes it can take a few hours. If they get it and it doesn't work that usually means an issue in the info used or a server problem at time of registration. Keep all this in mind for future issues if they come up and inform your current people. Thanks.

i can't...only highlander or illusion can do it directly...... I will however send him some detailed instructions and he should be able to do it at that point.
