I know this is a gaming site, but I also love me some movies. I thought I would give a Doctor Violent top 25. These are not the best movies I have ever seen, but my personal top 25 favorite movies. Every few days I will give another 2 leading up to my number 1.
Here are a few movies that just missed my list: Pulp Fiction, Toy Story, Apocalypse Now, Reservoir Dogs, Wedding Crashers, Love Actually, LOTR the Two Towers, and Star Wars: Return of the Jedi. All great movies and depending on my mood and when I last saw them might have made the top 25.

Quote: “No matter how many times you save the world, it always manages to get back in jeopardy again. Sometimes I just want it to stay saved! You know, for a little bit? I feel like the maid; I just cleaned up this mess! Can we keep it clean for... for ten minutes?”
Part Superman, part Watchman, and part American Beauty….100% Pixar. The story of former Super Heroes trying to live the “normal” suburban life of work, kids, family and school and the father’s (Mr. Incredible/Bob Parr) impending mid-life crisis. He becomes tired of his everyday life and longs for the “old glory days”. He eventually lands a job where he is able to use his super abilities and thinks he has found happiness.
I have always loved Pixar Movies. They tell a good story have good writing and are always visually impressive. The Incredibles are no different, and with my love of comics the story suited me even better. My love for this movie grew even more when my kids wanted to watch it everyday and I end up seeing it about 30 times over a three week period, yet I never tired of it. Plus any movie with a character named Rick ****man is a must see.
24. The Big Lebowski

Release Date: March 6th, 1998
Genre: Comedy
Director: Joel Coen, Ethan Coen
Writer: Joel Coen, Ethan Coen
Quote: “I'm sorry your stepmother is a nympho.”
The story of mistaken identity, a pissed on rug, a kidnapping, bowling, a crazed John Goodman, Nihilists, White Russians, and the laziest man in L.A. The Dude is a simple man who enjoys bowling, white Russians and….nothing else. The story being when “The Dude” is mistaken for millionaire Lebowski, has his rug pissed on by thugs and begins to seek restitution for his damaged rug.
What makes this movie for me is the cast. The interaction between The Dude (Daniels), Security nut Walter (Goodman), and Donny (Buscemi) is funny….always funny. What makes this movies is John Goodman as Walter…many priceless scenes, pulling a gun out during a bowling match because he didn’t agree with a call, his (along with the other two) conversation with the Nihilist….priceless. Everyday I use a Walter line in my daily conversations….Walter : “Life does not stop and start at your convenience, you miserable piece of shit.”
Up next…..
Jurassic Park and Clerks
