A friend of mine who is a Marine in Iraq put this in his profile:

"There are three types of people: Leaders, Followers and ones Who set Standards, Followers we all know what they do, Leaders Lead or attempt to lead others, but those who set the STANDARD do so without even trying, By setting the Proverbial bar they become true LEADERS just by doing what they do, with no expectations of leading others"

I love the idea behind this quote and goes along with the idea that the best leader don't chose to be leaders, but have it thrusted upon them. Those who are willing to take a chance, do something different, or take it to the next level are the ones who are the true leaders.

Although my abilities and skills may seem supernatural, I do not have supernatural abilities like mind reading.

I would offer this up though….If you are thinking of anything other then a medium Filet, Baked potato, and a cold domestic….I will have to take back your man card and asked that you see me in my office immediately to reattach your balls.

I was just getting my pride together for a gazzelle hunt. Water buffalo arent in season yet. We eat those with just a dash of dirt. Like to start at the butt and eat our way forward. Gritty.
