For the most part, your wallet is in no danger this week. I can tell you from first-hand experience that neither of the big releases, God of War III and Command & Conquer 4, is very good. Nintendo offers an updated re-release of an old Pokemon game, which is so very Nintendo on a couple of levels. The quite good Supreme Commander 2 came out for the PC a few weeks ago and now gets its Xbox 360 version. I predict a moderate to grand mess.

Dragon Age: Awakenings is an expansion pack that takes place in the fantasy world's equivalent of France, giving you the opportunity to continue where the main storyline let off. But this week's most unlikely potential wallet threat is a Nintendo DS title published by Sega that you've probably never heard of. Infinite Space is a sci-fi ship-to-ship combat RPG created by Nude Maker, the folks who did the Steel Battalion games, and Platinum Games, the folks who made Bayonetta and MadWorld. My reaction to that is "huh?", immediately followed by "this I gotta see".
