What do you think of Call of Duty Black Ops?

Black ops has been out for about a week now and I wanted to see what everyone thought...

top option for sure, i like the WaW and MW2 mix and the "going in a different direction" thing with it but still keeping it CoD

well they seemed to have the servers working last night....in parties of 5 and 6 and got into matches pretty quick

I haven't finished the Campaign part yet but so far I wasn't blown away. For me, Call of Duty 4 was just freakin great. I had never played anything like that and up till then , HALO 2 was my paradise and still is.

Black Ops though does have some good things going for it and if they get the damn matchmaking shit worked out, I suspect I will be playing it more and more. That gets so damn frustrating though.

I have only been able to play the campaign on it cause my internet has been down for awhile And I can't play online so I would't know..

I have read that everything is fixed as far as matchmaking...I have to give them credit for the quick response...Infinity Ward would still be a few weeks away

i think black opps is a great game and for MW2 that game was retatred and lame they destroyed call of duty by even making that game im sorry i want to play a game that didnt have someone cheating or moding every time i even got in a game im glad infinity ward are not making call of duty any more because they suck at making video games after they made call of duty 4 they should of just stoped

I just played with slayer and the patch seems to be working...we had no problem getting into matches

black ops has a great concept. buying my upgrades i really enjoy, nazi zombies was definitely an improvement from WaW. The best addition to this game was the Combat Training, what a great way to warm up! Mw2 is still better and as long as it's treyarch instead of the original infinity ward which is now Respawn I dont think it will ever completely top there abilities. Definitely a game worth buying, but tiring of quickly.
