Staff Requirements
General Summary
Before submitting your application, please read the following. As a member of the Crosseyed Arena Staff you will be required to understand and abide by the following requirements. Before submitting you application, please review the job descriptions below to make the choice that best suits you.
Note : All staff positions are volunteer.
General Information
• The primary responsibility of any staff member is to promote fair game play and an overall positive environment. This is done through processing support tickets, resolving in game match disputes, being available for questions and comments and actively participating on the forums.
• Available positions are for those who have a genuine desire to dedicate time and effort to the community.
Expectations
Professionalism is the most important thing to remember when interacting with the CrosseyedGamer community. Being respectful and professional is an essential guideline that must be followed. Any behavior not in accordance with this guideline may ultimately result in staff removal.
Requirements
1. You must have a fully functioning console headset.
2. You must be very familiar with the CEG Arena Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and General Rules.
3. You must have sufficient knowledge of the game and console for which you will apply for, as well as knowledge of the in game mechanics and known glitches.
4. You must be outgoing and enthusiastic.
5. You must have the confidence and collectivity to speak to strangers on a daily basis. This includes having the ability to control a room when necessary.

Job DescriptionsThe referee is the backbone of the arena. They are responsible for resolving in game disputes as well as answering questions and concerns via AIM, MSN, or via you console XBL/PSN. Properly documenting any and all situations in which they are a part of ensuring quality assurance for users. Referees are also responsible for marketing all gaming ladders and tournaments.

Marketing
Members of the Marketing Team are very important. Marketing Team Members are in charge of spreading the word about all Arena functions such as Ladders, Tournaments, or any other news via any way possible. Some Marketing Team Members work via Xbox Live, Playstation Network, and across the internet. If there is any news that is related to the arena, these guys know it and are getting the word out. The Marketing Team is ran by our Marketing Director.
Head Referee
The Head Referee is a very important person on the Arena Staff. The Head Referee is responsible for handling any major issues. The Head Referee is also responsible for all other Referees. The Head Referee is responsible for also adding additional Referees or removing present Referees. The Head Refs main focus is to maintain control over problems, Referees, and the Arena Staff. The Head Ref is also responsible for controlling all ladders and tournaments for each game. The may are multiple Head Referee positions as there is a Head Referee for each game.
Management
Main focus: To process and close all support tickets that are submitted into their arenas.
To resolve match disputes, score disputes and researching accusations of cheating by teams that are playing on the ladders.
The deletion and banning of any team that breaks policies and rules.
Reviewing any and all issues that arise from match play on their ladders.
Extra Notes
*If you are accepted to be a part in our Team, a Staff Forum may be provided upon the discretion of the Arena Managers.
*The Arena Managers also have the discretion to change these requirements at any time and all staff members are required to to follow all requirements.
*The Arena Managers also have the ability to remove any staff members from the staff and the website upon their discretion.
*Staff members are in NO WAY above the rules. All Staff Members are required to follow the rules just as everyone else.
