The meeting was opened with the introduction of the new SQUAD LEADER.
THE NEWS was presented:
1. HALO: Combat Evolved Remake will be released in the 4th Quarter of 2011.
2. COD: Modern Warfare 3 there is no date/time set for this and that it will be announced
at the E3 function in JUNE 2011.
TOURNAMENTS: There was two (2) tournaments talked about at this time.
1. HALO REACH a 2v2 Snipers pay to play $5.00 fee and the prize is a minimum of $60.00
2. COD BLACK OPS a 4v4 team no fees and the prize is $100.00 or as the Leader stated $25.00
per each player on the winning team.
The Squad Leader then asked who was in charge of the Banana Team until the Team Leader returns
to his position and was told that they didn"t know then but would ask and get back to him.
The Leader then asked all Team leaders to inform there members that this is a list for UNKNOWN members only and to send a friend request to CEG UNKNOWN and if they have to find it go to his friens list scroll down to the gamertag and send the request.
The Squad Leader told all members present that the website can be used at all time to lookup information and where it is located on the CLAN page.
The Team Leaders was told that all RECRUITS must register on www.crosseyedgamer.com before being promoted to member. Also if the recruit did not have access to a computer or damages then let the SQUAD Leader know and move that recruit along.
The SQUAD LEADER told the TEAN LEADERS that they have two options and how to hold a practice and meeting. ONE (1) being a meeting & practice each week or TWO (2) a meeting one week and a practice the next and so one. Let him know what you deside to use.
The squad leader also stated that he wanted to be informed about all promotion and informed about changes to the Team Lists so that the SQUAD LIST also could be updated.
General talk and then the Squad Leader went down the list of members present and asked each one for any questions. The meeting was then ended for this session.

The meeting took place on COD: Black Ops even when there was no Team Leaders present.

The SQUAD LEADER talked about the need for members to use the WEBSITE, for news, ntournaments, arcade amoung other things.
Talked about all UNKNOWN members sending a friend request to CEG UNKNOWN and Manager and Council can also request a friend.
Talked about recruiting and that he will be having a recruit tournament 1600 MS POINTS for the member that recruits the most.
Talked about the need for Team Leader to step up and schedule team meeting and practices, and to start training these up and coming Team Leaders.
Talked about the New Gamer of The Month that is now a thread in UNKNOWN and that this will include Clan Managers and Clan Council members but will not include himself.
talked about the ARENA and the need for teams to start using this.

The meeting opened with the need for recruiting and each Team Leader was asked to take a more active role in recruiting for there team.
Next we talked about members getting active in the website community. And the need for all members to reveiw was the website has to offer.
Next the members was told about the new Team Leaders and that fact that they will be starting teams for the AREANA.
Next the Team Leaders was told that before a member vcan change there Gamertag they must first get the approval of the squad leader. The squad leader also informed the memers that if a Gamertag is changed without his approval that they will be reduced to the bottom of all levels and there is no getting around this to include the Team Leaders.
The squad leader then promoted StRiFeD3mOn to member and ResigningManx to Sr. member
The meeting was then ended with a question section.
The first order of business was the need for all team leaders to attend this meeting. Again I will state that I want all team leader to send me a message as to the best day and team for them to attend. Here is a list of days and times to choose from.

Recruiting: We are in a great need for more recruiting. Every member of this clan can recruit to include recruits. So guys lets start building up tis clan and make it the largest and best to be in.
Promotions: due to the lack of team leaders present there was no need to act on this item.
Gamer Of The Month: We still have time to norminate more for this award.
Arena: We will be starting a team for Call Of Duty it will be an eight (8) man team. That way we can have 6v6 w/2 alternates or two (2) 4v4 four (4) 2v2 or a squad of singles. All members should talk to mlg itz true your intent for join this team and practice. We are also looking for a Halo Team contact CEG COP169 SL if you would like to be placed on this team.
And remember you don't have to be good just willing to play.
For the closing I would ask that alll members try and recruit as many members as you can.

Meeting notes for:APRIL 19, 2011
The meeting was opened with a talk to the team leaders about the need for them to attend the Leaders metting on Sunday at 9pm EST.
It was also mentionsed that CEG LnzyB S117 nwas promoted to Squad Leader
We also tlked about squad members getting clips of there matches and submitting them to CEG Highlander CL.
We talked about the need for recruiting more. And that when the squad reaches the fifty (50) member range that the squad will be separated and that if CEG DeathbyPanCAKES is still a Team leader that he will be the Squad Leader for that squad. It waas also made clear that PanCAKES was my choice to be the next squad leader.
We talked about the Clan Battle that was won by our team and the need for more teams and matches in Arcades and Arena so that the name of UNKNOWN will climb the ladder to the top. We also talked about a team for Halo.
Promotion:
a rapid sheep16 was promoted to member...Fluffybot00 was promoted to Sr. Member...StRiFeDeMoN was promoted to Specialist
Due to the problems we are having with x-box and can not stay on line and the fact that there we just a few of us attending this meeting, I am closing this meeting until next week.
The meeting was started very slowly because of the attendance that was present. It was very clear that the members could not make the meetings on Tuesday's. A vote was taken to change the meeting day and time.
THE SQUAD & TEAM MEETING WIIL BE HELD ON MONDAY'S AT 10pm EST, 9pm CST, 8pm MST, 7pm PST, 6pm AST, 5pm HST.
It is now mandatory for all members to attend a meeting at least once a month. If this is not done you will pay a penalty of my choice.
We then talked in length on the great need for recruiting. The team leaders were also told that recruiting can be done by every team member. Also all team leaders are to send a friend request to CEG MAD SOUL CM.
The meeting was then ended with a general chat on the teams for the arena and what has to be done as far as teaching members the responsibilities to rank up.
